It all began in 1977 for the brand Bumble & Bumble when the first salon was opened in New York. And a year later, they were already a semi-finalist in Vogue Magazine in the Top 10 best hair salons in New York.

In 1988, Bumble and Bumble achieved another milestone when Bb stylists began using the straight razor to cut hair in a unique way. Not surprisingly, they launched their own products two years later. The first product was the Bumble and Bumble Brilliantine.

In 1998, Bumble & Bumble set a new trend in Milan with a new type of hairband inspired by bra straps. And in 2001, the brand was one of the first to launch a sea salt infused spray, which immediately won an award for CEW product of the year.

With such a success story, it makes perfect sense that in 2022 they launched BB University, so that hairdressers from around the world could come to New York to learn the tricks of the trade. This also means that people in New York could regularly receive free haircuts by students.

In 2006, they entered the digital age and Bumble and Bumble launched their website. This further established the brand, and when Sephora opened its flagship store in Paris on the Champs-Élysées in 2011, Bumble and Bumble was one of the most prominent brands in the store.

From 2015 onwards, more product lines have been launched, and nowadays almost every woman knows the products of the renowned brand Bumble and Bumble.

Bumble & Bumble and Magnoliah

With the history that the brand Bumble and Bumble has, it's not surprising that this brand was immediately added to the Magnoliah Hair & Beauty shop when the website was launched in 2024.

This brand had to be included and was there right from the start. New products that Bumble and Bumble will launch in the future will also appear in the Magnoliah shop. We are very pleased to work directly with Estee Lauder, the parent company of Bumble and Bumble.

As mentioned earlier, Bumble Bumble has a huge number of product lines. They have products to achieve more volume in your hair, but also a line entirely focused on women with curly hair.

The products often contain natural ingredients and oils for optimal care. Bumble and Bumble also regularly adjust formulas to further improve them and keep up with modern times.

One of the most popular products is the Bumble Surf Spray, but also the Bumble and Bumble Volume Thickening Shampoo and Bumble Curl Shampoo are popular choices.
